Please Note:

• Countries with a visa facilitation agreement with the European Union and children between the age of 6-12 years. The Schengen visa fee amounts to £ 28, for national of Russia, Ukraine, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro and Moldova.
  
• The applicable visa fee in Pound Sterling (£) is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice. The fee is non-refundable.
  
• The following categories of applicants are exempted of Visa fees only:
  • Spouse and Dependent Children of EU Nationals (Proof of EU Nationality and relationship with applicants needs to be provided).
    
  • Children under 6.
    
  • Pupils, Students and their accompanying Teachers traveling for Study or Training purposes.
    
    
• The Special Delivery facility for the return of processed applications is available at a fee of £7.40 (Inclusive of VAT) per application. This is an optional service.
• The SMS facility for updates on your application is available at a fee of £1.20 (Inclusive of VAT) per application. This is an optional service.
• The Visa fees can be paid by Credit/Debit card (only at the Visa Application Centre) or Postal Orders in the name of Netherlands Visa Application Centre". Fees in Cash will also be accepted at the Centre.
  
• Cheque payments and direct bank transfers are not accepted either.
  
• All fees are non-refundable.
